Nick Barbin, President
Mr. Barbin is president and co-founder of Optimum. He is an accomplished PCB designer with more than two decades of experience. He is a former winner of the PCB Design West Top Gun contest and member of the Top Gun Hall of Fame. He holds an AA Degree in Liberal Arts. |

Roger Hileman, CFO
Mr. Hileman is CFO, Operations and co-founder of Optimum. Along with finance and operation responsibilities, he has 30 plus years as a PCB designer, is IPC CID certified and is still involved in the design process. He brings both design and business experience as Optimum is his fifth business venture. |

| Greg Beck, Director of Product Marketing |
Mr Beck joined Optimum in October 2001 as VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Optimum Mr. Beck was Regional Sales Manager for Hallmark Circuits, where he was responsible for sales of printed circuit boards in Northern California.
Mr. Beck has been directly involved in the PCB industry since 1981 and has also worked at Tyco, Sigma Circuits, Cookson-Enthone, Zycon and Bendix Aerospace. Mr. Beck holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri. |
